Quote from: Thiel on Today at 12:52:09 PMSweetie, I've told you many times after we've had sex that posting on forums is not a job and you cannot collect CPP from a lifetime online.

Understand now Honeybunch or do you need to drop to your knees first.

And I almost forgot to mention that Canada did raise the age of OAS to 67. Mr Trudeau changed it back to 65.
Because your boyfriend did not save for his retirement when he was working age he thinks everybody is as dependent on crumbs we get from the feds as he is.

That is only a supplement to my RRSP's that I rolled over into a RIF when I turned fifty five.

That old fart is lost. Where the hell would he be without you.

Quote from: J E B Stuart on July 05, 2025, 11:56:33 PMI've seen The Marshall Tucker Band twice. Formed in 1972, they're still going strong, although Doug Gray is the only original member. Nevertheless, nobody else sounds like them. This 1973 release is one of my favorites from their first album:

Amen.

This is right up my alley.

The Europeans have told Carney to go pound salt. He better get out his cheque book to bribe sub Saharan Africa into a carbon free trade pact.

Hell no. Remember the green slush fund.

What "legal" reasoning did the libs on the court think was justified to keep the staff in the department?  Their feelings would be hurt if they were laid off?  They would wind up on the streets and turn to crime?  God, they can be stupid at all times.

Canadians should not trust Mr Carney to police himself. Canadians should trust the Liberal Party to police Mr Carney. Canadians should not trust Mr Carney not to pass on their tax dollars to his friends in business that would benefit Mr Carney himself. Canadians should not trust Mr Carney to not pass along their tax dollars to his Chinese Communist Party business partners.

And let me introduce you all to a rape trial rule of law...

A person who allegedly rapes doesn't have to prove they didn't rape anyone.

The alleged victim has to prove they were raped.

And this why rape cases barely make it to court.

Mr Carney cannot do his job with all of his conflicts. Canada has never been in this position before.

He lied about his financial interests. He said he only owned cash and personal real estate. We know now that was a lie.

He will be in an impossible situation where he will have to get up three or four times in every cabinet meeting to avoid stumbling over the one hundred plus potential conflicts that he said he was not invested in during the election.
