he Biden administration took a major step this week to ensure that federal bureaucrats can be just as unaccountable and resistive under a potential Trump presidency next year as they were during his first term.

Trump tries to Schedule F the 'resistance'
One month prior to the 2020 election, former President Donald Trump issued an executive order establishing a new Schedule F employment category for federal employees, making it easier to remove insubordinate and poorly performing bureaucrats from an estimated pool of 50,000 eligible candidates. After all, civil servants, some self-described and others dubbed by the media as the "resistance," had worked for years to prevent the democratically elected president from executing the will of the American people.

Prior to its bankruptcy and shuttering, Vice excitedly reported that federal civil servants were "waging bureaucratic war against Trump," threatening to scrub documents, hide information, and refer "items for legal review as a way to chew up time."

"While such intentional foot-dragging may sound borderline treasonous to some, ... this sort of bureaucratic firewall is employed only by those civil servants who legitimately feel they're protecting the long-term interests of their country," reported the defunct publication.

"You're going to see the bureaucrats using time to their advantage," one Department of Justice employee told the Washington Post in 2017. "People here will resist and push back against orders they find unconscionable."

Vanity Fair reported that some bureaucrats even remained in contact with Biden appointees "to learn more about how they can undermine Trump's agenda and attending workshops on how to effectively engage in civil disobedience."

Federal employees evidently would have much preferred to have done the bidding of failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The Hill reported that 95% of all campaign donations from 14 government agencies went to Clinton ahead of the 2016 election. More than 99% of contributions from the State Department, 94% from IRS employees, and the supermajority from DOJ employees went to Clinton.

Biden shields the deep state
President Joe Biden, who had little to fear from the administrative state that helped get him elected, reversed course in January 2021. He revoked Schedule F via executive order, claiming it "undermined the foundations of the civil service and its merit system principles."

Now that there's a strong chance Trump will return to the White House, the Biden administration is taking steps to ensure the "resistance" can go back to hamstringing the commander in chief.

The Biden administration announced a new rule Thursday aimed at further protecting federal employees from being ousted under a framework resembling Schedule F.

According to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, the rule clarifies "that the status and civil service protections an employee has accrued cannot be taken away by an involuntary move from the competitive service to the excepted service, or from one excepted service schedule to another. Once a career civil servant earns protections, that employee retains them unless waived voluntarily."

Dang this country is going down hill fast. All the decisions being made by politicians are bad.

The greening represents an increase in leaves on plants and trees equivalent in area to two times the continental United States.

Green leaves use energy from sunlight through photosynthesis to chemically combine carbon dioxide drawn in from the air with water and nutrients tapped from the ground to produce sugars, which are the main source of food, fiber and fuel for life on Earth. Studies have shown that increased concentrations of carbon dioxide increase photosynthesis, spurring plant growth.

Federal and state elected officials need to use their authority to withhold taxpayer funding and tax endowments to compel colleges and universities to restore and protect freedom of speech.
The situation on campus is becoming more dire with each passing day. Conduct considered acceptable now would have been met with swift reprisals just several years ago. Such is the power of habituation — or, as Daniel Patrick Moynihan aptly put it, "defining deviancy down." Students are being chased, surrounded, barricaded, verbally abused, spit on, and even physically assaulted.

Of course, the victims are not just any students. The targets are those who don't conform to the radical left-wing agenda now monopolizing most of American higher education. That means, practically speaking, students who are politically conservative, Christian, Jewish, pro-Western civilization, and/or pro-Israel.

Today's script has become a parody. A student group announces that it will hold an event on campus. Left-wing students and their allies launch online and in-person harassment campaigns in the lead-up to the event. Even though the event was made known weeks if not months earlier, the security presence is inadequate. Left-wing students and their allies, using mob tactics, manage to disrupt the event, force it to end early, or prevent it from happening at all.

'By any means necessary'?
The left excels at spin and manipulation. Consider that these radicals in the quad are supposed "snowflakes," deeply triggered by even the slightest offenses. They're the same young people who require emotional support animals, crayons, and freshly baked cookies to deal with the trauma of, for example, a Republican being elected democratically.

When it comes to pursuing power, however, tactics that they would consider "fascistic" are the very ones they adopt. Any and all tactics — "By any means necessary!" — are considered acceptable, even admirable and noble. Ultimately, higher education is churning out scores of nihilistic ingrates.

These left-wing students and their allies are today's Brownshirts. That's because they're not merely silencing speech by preventing people from taking the podium; they're exterminating ideas wholesale by threatening and harming people who merely want to listen to others speak. That is tyrannical conduct, pure and simple, and it must be treated as such.

Justine is threatening his most tyrannical attack on freedom yet through his government's proposed Online Harms Act (currently Bill C-63). Brought to you by the same farcically-named "Liberal" party who froze the bank accounts of the truckers who protested vaccine-mandates, the OHA is the government's overzealous attempt to promote online safety.

The proposed legislation supposedly achieves this by requiring operators of social media services to adequately mitigate the risk that their users will be exposed to harmful content through measures such as publishing standards of online conduct, providing blocking tools and ways to flag and label harmful content. The OHA would create a Digital Safety Commission to administer and enforce its rules along with a Digital Safety Office to support social media users and advocate for online safety. These agencies can investigate complaints, summon people to testify in hearings and to produce records. Costs of all this will be paid by unspecified charges on social media platforms, presumably contemplating Canada's planned Digital Services Tax on big tech platforms.

Most controversially, the OHA's provisions on posting hateful content would require amendments to Canada's Criminal Code as well as its Human Rights Act. While the victims of online "hate" may be comforted by tough new penalties, the changes are radical, particularly a new hate crime offence which can lead to life imprisonment. Worryingly, the criminal provisions of the OHA would give judges the ability to put people under house arrest because they might commit a hate crime in the future. The potential criminal could also be made to wear an electronic tag if the Attorney General requests it.

Special counsel Robert Hur's report is overflowing with examples of Joe Biden's felonies.
These felonies took place under the Espionage Act when he was vice president, when he was a private citizen, and when he was a senator.

"There's scores of examples of his committing felonies, and the only reason they didn't bring the case they said is because he's an imbecile," Mark Levin explains to Brian Kilmeade, adding, "There's enough probable cause in this document to bring hundreds of charges against Joe Biden."

Levin read the report over a weekend, and the evidence is damning.

"There are times where he walks into the room with his ghost writer and he says, 'Look, I have classified documents here,'" Levin says, adding, "He even says to the ghost writer, 'They don't know I have these.'"

"So, that's a confession, the man's guilty of numerous Espionage Act violations," he continues.

In addition, evidence continues to trickle out about Biden's involvement in his son's business dealings.

"At least 20 times when he had business dealings going on, his dad either showed up or called in, but he says it's no big deal," Kilmeade says.

Meanwhile, Hunter Biden has also slept with young prostitutes, didn't pay his taxes despite pulling in over $30 million, and bought a gun illegally.

"He hasn't signed up as a foreign agent despite all the foreign business," Levin says, adding, "but the Democrat Party is corrupt. They don't care about the country at all."

California judge dismissed a case against two alleged white supremacists after agreeing that the pair had been "selectively prosecuted" under a "once-rarely-used" federal statute that was not similarly applied to "far-left" groups like Antifa and By Any Means Necessary.

The statute at the center of the case is the Anti-Riot Act of 1968. According to federal prosecutors, two members of the "far-right" group the Rise Above Movement — Robert Boman and Robert Rundo — violated the act in 2017 by coordinating to bring like-minded agitators from across the country to engage in violence during right-wing and/or MAGA rallies in Huntington Beach, Berkeley, and San Bernardino, California.

In 2019, Judge Cormac J. Carney of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California dismissed the case against the two RAM members, concluding that the Anti-Riot Act violated the First Amendment. But an appeals court overruled his decision, allowing prosecutors to re-charge Boman and Rundo.

As in the 2019 case, the defendants motioned to dismiss the charges, this time on the grounds that they had been selectively prosecuted. And once again, Judge Carney agreed.

"There is no doubt that the government did not prosecute similarly situated individuals," Carney wrote in a decision released February 21.

"Despite the involvement of both the far left and far right, the federal government never charged far-left activists under the Anti-Riot Act for their violence at these political rallies," the decision continued, despite the fact that members of Antifa and BAMN "engaged in worse conduct and in fact instigated much of the violence that broke out at these otherwise constitutionally protected rallies."

While Carney admitted that the defendants harbor "reprehensible" views and likely "committed violence for which they deserve to be prosecuted," he likewise cautioned that "all," regardless of ideology, are entitled to the same freedom and protections under the Constitution.

As a result, Rundo was allowed to walk out of court a free man — temporarily. After the decision, federal prosecutors quickly filed an emergency motion with a panel of judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, requesting that Rundo be rearrested and detained without bail since he allegedly posed a flight risk. Rundo did flee to Romania after the first case against him and had to be extradited to the U.S. last August.

That request was granted. Rundo will now "remain in custody pending resolution of appellant's motion to stay release pending appeal," the appeals court ruled. "No lower court may order his release absent further order of this Court."

Justin Trudeau's deeply unpopular regime rolled out new legislation Monday that threatens to radically transform the Canadian legal landscape and equip activists with new means of clamping down on speech they perceive to be hateful.

On its face, Bill C-63, the so-called "Online Harms Act," contains various uncontroversial elements such as the promise to tackle child pornography online. While Justice Minister Arif Virani and other Liberal officials have emphasized these elements when promoting the bill, the child protections appear only to be the vehicle for the transformative substance of C-63.

C-63 would enable Trudeau's leftist government to define "hate speech" online; create a stand-alone "hate crime"; set "strict penalties" for perceived offenses; and allow concern-mongers to file complaints without facing the accused.

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre stressed the bill is an "attack on freedom of expression."

'Online Harms Act'

According to the Trudeau government, the bill would "create stronger online protection for children and better safeguard everyone in Canada from online hate and other types of harmful content."

To this end, C-63, would hold online platforms, including streaming sites and pornographic websites, "accountable for the design choices made that lead to the dissemination and amplification of harmful content on their platforms."

Legislation has recently been enacted in the United Kingdom with a similar aim.

Extra to holding organizations like Facebook, PornHub, and Twitch responsible for content on their platforms and threatening penalties of up to $25 million, C-63 would:

establish an entirely new legislative and regulatory framework;
create a brand-new "digital safety" czar;
put a definition for "hatred" in the Criminal Code;
provide increased penalties for existing "hate propaganda offenses"; and
establish a "standalone hate crime offense and creating an additional set of remedies for online hate speech in the Canadian Human Rights Act."
The legislation defines hatred thusly: "the emotion that involves detestation or vilification and that is stronger than disdain or dislike."

Content that foments hatred is defined as that which "expresses detestation or vilification of an individual or group of individuals on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination ... and that, given the context in which it is communicated, is likely to foment detestation or vilification of an individual or group of individuals on the basis of such a prohibited ground."

Hate crime offenses, including those related to "sexual orientation or gender identity or expression," would carry a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

So-called "hate propaganda" offenses would land offenders anywhere from a few years in prison to life, the maximum sentence being reserved for those advocating for genocide against an identifiable group.

C-63 would afford anybody including grievance groups the ability to file complaints with the Canadian Human Rights Commission against users who have supposedly posted hate speech online. According to the Trudeau government, the bill would also outline procedures to "protect the confidentiality of complainants and witnesses as appropriate."

True North News indicated that those the CHRC finds guilty can be hit with fines up to $70,000 — $20,000 for so-called victims and $50,000 for the government "if the member panel considers it appropriate" — as well as take-down orders for content.

The eviction moratorium
Biden's eviction moratorium in 2021 simply ignored property rights and placed undue financial hardship on small businesses. Ultimately, the Supreme Court correctly struck it down.

Unconstitutional vaccine mandates
Biden's September 2021 executive order required vaccines for all federal workers and federal contractors, health care workers, the military, and all employers with more than 100 employees. Again, the Supreme Court struck most of it down. In his announcement, he said: "This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated. ... We've been patient, but our patience is wearing thin."

Student loan cancellation
I bet you didn't know that a president can just wave his magic wand and make loan debt disappear. Well, technically he can't, but that hasn't stopped Biden. Last summer, yet again, the Supreme Court shut down this plan as completely unconstitutional. But in true dictator style, Biden treats Supreme Court decisions as roadblocks to drive around. Just a few weeks ago, he canceled another $5 billion in student loan debt. This brings his grand cancellation total to $136 billion.

The Disinformation Governance Board
In 2022, Biden named Nina Jankowicz as the first censorship czar of the Department of Homeland Security's Disinformation Governance Board, and she sounded perfect for the role. After all, she had called the Hunter Biden laptop story nothing more than "a Trump campaign product." When the disinformation board was later shelved, the Washington Post blamed it on "right-wing attacks." To keep their power, dictatorships must try to control the spread of ideas they find threatening.

Destroying American energy
During his first week in office, Biden canceled the Keystone XL Pipeline. He stopped new oil and natural gas leasing on public lands and offshore, even though a court ordered him to resume the lease sales as required by law. Then he drained our Strategic Petroleum Reserve to its lowest level since 1984. Then, since socialist dictators stick together, Biden reduced sanctions on Venezuela, allowing the country to resume pumping oil there and exporting 19% of it back to us.

An enormous land-grab
Biden claims he is "protecting" 1.5 million acres of public land so far as part of his "30 by 30" plan. He wants to protect "at least 30 percent of our lands and waters by 2030." Biden didn't come up with this idea on his own, of course. The Center for American Progress came up with the "30 by 30" program in a 2019 report titled "How Much Nature Should America Keep?"

John Podesta, the guy who started the Center for American Progress, is now replacing John Kerry as Biden's climate czar. Podesta will officially just be a "coordinator" in the position. That way he won't face confirmation by the U.S. Senate. Moreover, he won't have to answer questions about Kerry, who refused to hand over simple information like who was on his staff, his expenses as climate czar, and what he actually worked on. It's a great way to keep your radical climate agenda hidden from oversight.

This is how you run a modern progressive dictatorship: erasing the lines between left-wing dark money think tanks and the executive branch, sidestepping the Constitution, and avoiding Congress by working through government agencies to accomplish whatever the activists want.

The National School Boards Association letter
In 2021, the NSBA asked Biden for help and urged that parental threats be classified as "domestic terrorism." It turns out that the NSBA coordinated with the White House and the Justice Department on the letter.

Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before Congress that the Justice Department was not using counterterrorism tools to target parents. Whistleblowers later said, however, that the Justice Department and FBI were investigating parents across the country with a "threat tag" created by the FBI's counterterrorism division.

Targeting pro-life demonstrators
In 2022 alone, the Justice Department charged 34 people for blocking access to abortion clinics. Meanwhile, in the same period, there were 81 reported attacks on pregnancy centers and 130 attacks on Catholic churches since a draft of the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization decision was leaked. Yet only two individuals have been charged related to thosecrimes.

When Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) questioned Garland about the disparity, the attorney general said it was because the pro-lifers committed their "crimes" during the daytime when their faces could be seen, while those who vandalized pregnancy centers and churches did so in the nighttime. Do you really buy that? As Senator Lee asked Garland, "How do you explain the disparity by reference to anything other than politicization?"

Trashing the First Amendment
Biden has been cracking down on the First Amendment by working with Big Tech platforms to censor speech on topics including COVID origins, masks, vaccines, lockdowns, the Hunter Biden laptop, climate change, mail-in voting, and election integrity. The censorship happened even when the social media companies knew the suppressed information was true.

Last year, Federal District Court Judge Terry Doughty called this case "the most massive attack against free speech in United States history." Even after an injunction, the Biden White House is pressing on with its legal challenge, claiming the government's free speech is being violated. The Supreme Court will hear the case this year.

In the meantime, we continue learning more about Biden's censorship efforts, including the revelation earlier this month by U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) that the White House pressured Amazon to censor books related to COVID-19. Amazon caved and triggered a "do not promote" policy for books that were critical of vaccines.

Forcing transgenderism on schools
During Biden's very first week in office, he signed an order declaring support for boys participating as girls in girls' sports. In 2022, he signed an executive order expanding access to sex-change treatments for kids.

In addition, recent rule changes to Title IX will force school employees to report any improper use of a transgender person's preferred pronouns to the Title IX coordinator for that campus. More policing of speech sounds totally constitutional.

Biden has been in the White House for three years and issued 131 executive orders so far — a little less than an average of one per week. During his first year in office alone, he issued 77 orders, almost double Obama's first year, and 40% more than Trump's first year.

These are dictator moves. Abusing executive power. Skipping past Congress. Ignoring the Constitution. Trampling on individual liberties. Targeting political opponents. This is how Biden delivers on his inaugural address promise to "restore the soul and to secure the future of America."

By now, all of you have received the pre-release report of Robert K. Hur, the Special Counsel who was appointed by the United States Attorney General to investigate how classified documents were found in the Delaware home of Jim Crow Joe.

"We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter," Hur wrote.

But that will not be the focus of the media and the Trump campaign. Their focus will be these words in Hur's report:

"Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview with him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory."

And: That the President could not recall when his son Beau died, that he has "limited memory" about key events, and could not recall the years he was vice-president in the Obama administration.

After extensive analysis using raw survey data coupled with mail-in vote totals, we concluded that mail-in voter fraud almost certainly changed the 2020 election outcome in all six crucial swing states.
According to the legacy news networks, social media platforms, various deep state actors, and other corrupt institutions, the 2020 election was the safest and most secure in history and anyone who questioned Joe Biden's victory was a wacky "election denier."

That has been the dominant narrative for the past three years, which has produced a chilling effect and caused many to forgo conducting a deep dive concerning whether the 2020 election really was as safe and secure as we have been told it was.

In reality, the 2020 election was most likely marred by widespread mail-in voting fraud. And even worse, the extensive mail-in voter fraud almost certainly tipped the election in favor of Joe Biden.

In other words, had rampant mail-in voter fraud been prevented in the 2020 election, Donald Trump would have won the Electoral College and been re-elected to a second term.

At this point, you may be wondering how I can be so sure that the 2020 election was tainted by mail-in voter fraud. The answer is simple: The voters have told us so.

In late 2023, the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports conducted a simple survey to gauge the degree of voter fraud in the 2020 election. We asked 1,085 voters who participated in the 2020 election about their voting behaviors three years prior. To our surprise, the results showed that at least one in five mail-in voters admitted to committing ballot fraud in the 2020 election.

Our findings caused quite a stir in the media, especially among those who suspected the 2020 election was not completely secure due to the dubious changes to voting rules state officials unconstitutionally imposed under the cover of COVID-19.

Shortly after the poll was released, former President Trump called it "the most important poll released in the last 20 years" and "the biggest story of the year."

Eventually, we began to wonder if we could apply the poll results to publicly available election data to determine whether mail-in voter fraud impacted the outcome of the election. This was no easy task.

After extensive analysis using the raw survey data provided by Rasmussen coupled with state-based and other reputable sources documenting mail-in vote totals, we concluded that mail-in voter fraud almost certainly changed the 2020 election outcome in all six of the crucial swing states.

This is all laid out in great detail in the Heartland Institute's latest policy study, aptly titled "Who Really Won the 2020 Election?" (Spoiler alert: not Joe Biden.)

Here are just a few of the main takeaways:

Upon further analysis of the Rasmussen survey data, we found that more than one in four mail-in voters (28.2%, to be precise) admitted to committing at least one kind of election fraud in the 2020 election.

Under multiple scenarios, with differing rates of mail-in voter fraud taken into account, our results indicate that Trump would have won the Electoral College in the 2020 election had fraudulent mail-in ballots not been counted.

4) She didn't want to press criminal charges
Being on the cover of New York magazine is one thing, but taking your BS story into an actual courtroom is a whole other level of fraud. When Bill de Blasio said he would change the law to make the case admissible, Carroll kept awkwardly repeating, "The experts told me ... the time has passed."

5) They changed the law
The case had no merit because the statute of limitations on civil action had passed. So what happened? The New York State Legislature changed the law. Is there anything that screams "witch hunt" more than that? What are we, Zimbabwe?

6) The man who backed the lawsuit is a major DNC donor
Leftist activist billionaire Reid Hoffman is the money behind this operation. His motive is obviously to bankrupt Trump so he can't run again. Carroll denied this at first because she's a liar, but her lawyer was forced to come clean.

Though she denies it, it's clear this entire plan was concocted by "conservative lawyer" Conway at a radical leftist cocktail party in Manhattan.

8) Carroll's lawyer is desperate to fix her reputation as a rape-enabler
Roberta Kaplan was supposed to champion victims of sexual assault with her #TimesUp movement, but she used it instead to run cover for perverts such as Andrew Cuomo. She got caught and she got fired. Her comeback included representing Ashley Biden (A Biden lawyer going after Trump? Is anyone surprised?), but this case could permanently rescue her Google results.

9) Carroll's dress didn't exist back then
Carroll said the rape happened in the early 1990s. We just learned the particular dress she said she was allegedly wearing did not exist at the time.

10) She cannot remember when the rape happened
We're not talking about the exact date. She can't tell us if it was 1993 or 1995.

11) She won't let anyone test her coat for DNA
Carroll calls the dress her "bad luck dress" and told CNN she will never make a talisman out of it — as though the idea had occurred to anyone. Why did she keep it around? This could be the left's Monica Lewinsky dress, but she refuses to let anyone analyze it.

12) She doesn't know if Trump ejaculated
I don't know if anyone reading this has engaged in sexual intercourse, but evidence of the male orgasm is almost impossible to hide.

17) Carroll didn't talk to anyone about the alleged assault, until she did
If a woman is sexually assaulted, she is morally obligated to report it immediately, so the rapist doesn't do it again. Carroll did not do this. What's more, she didn't talk to any of her friends about it. At least not at first. This is peculiar behavior for a blabbermouth.

Carroll alleged that Trump cost her a columnist job at Elle, but the magazine made it clear it ended her contract as an advice columnist based on nothing more than lack of interest. Assuming Carroll lives as long as "Dear Abby" columnist Pauline Esther Friedman, who died at 94, that would be a whopping total of $28,000 (Carroll is 80).
