In that context, it's hard to see how effective Carney's cabinet will be in achieving his goals, given its large contingent of Trudeau-era ministers who, under Trudeau's leadership, screwed up many of the files Carney now says he wants to fix.

Conman Carney's energy corridor will be all electricity shared between neighbouring provinces that we already do. Not a single piece of pipe will be put into the ground to transport crude to new markets.

Just like "elbows up," Carney's commitment to Canada's energy corridor looks like another campaign lie.
