Health spending is given to individuals while in Canada block grants are given to regional health care providers..
This is why our overhead is so high and if cuts do come the regional health care executives are the ones who decide where cuts are made......and they never cut their own salaries or positions.

Americas health care was much better off when we had private insurance and most insurance plans covered only major things. The government regulating costs and providing aid has made it all even worse.
The best first step we could make is eliminating the governments ability to set the rates it pays for services for Medicaid Recipients.

I think California should allow migrants to get access to Medical Care, but they should pay more for it than US citizens.
I'd charge legal resident immigrants 3-4x as much but 10X more for illegal immigrants if they really want it DKG

Isn't that what they do with out of state/foreign tuition?
They make those people pay more to access education.

California is already a sweaty and shit smeared example of over regulation and overtaxing. Newsom doesn't care, the money each and every US citizen is walking about with is (as far as he is concerned) money that ought to be in his pocket.
