In such a case where an illegal alien is not deposited here through some act of God like a tornado and through no fault of his own then it is reasonable to conclude that at some point in his/her history He/she willfully crossed the border illegally to get here.

crossing that border in such a fashion IS a crime under 8 U.S.C. § 1325 for a first time offender.
what about statute of limitations some might ask? Good question. According to 8 U.S.C. § 1325, the statute of limitations for violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1325 is FIVE years!
So, what does that tell us friends? It tells us that clearly, if a person has crossed the border within the last FIVE years illegally they can and SHOULD be considered a criminal under us law and should be charged BOTH criminally and Civilly in this context.
And this idea of due process, ESPECIALLY for illegal aliens with deportation orders on file is absurd on it's face. What possible due process should be afforded to this person that has not already been afforded that resulted in the deporation order being drafted in the first place?
A judge has to draft those? COrrect?
so what we are basically saying when we attempt to follow lefty loony logic is that evasion of our court system and law enforcement is subtlety encouraged as it affords you, at a minimum, another free shot at court proceedings which could take years to litigate.
and... upon completion of said process what is the result should ANOTHER deportation order be issued for this person who has learned through trial and error that fugitive status is the best way to circumvent the system? If and when we catch him are we required to afford him this """due process"" a third time? A fourth? when the fuck does it end.
