Conman Carney's first order of business was to systematically move committee meetings in secret.

They want to shut down investigations, block documents from being released, and change legislation without Canadians knowing.

No public scrutiny.
No accountability.
No transparency.

They don't want you to know what is really going on.

Conman Carney is choosing control, secrecy, and backroom deals instead of being honest with Canadians.

Radical Liberal Minister Marc Miller says Canada should follow the U.K.'s censorship model: "As we see other jurisdictions like Australia, Britain, and France taking action, we need to take action as well."

Just look at what's happening in the U.K.:

UK free speech crackdown sees up to 30 people a day arrested for petty offenses such as retweets and cartoons
New York Post — Aug. 19, 2025

Father Ted creator Graham Linehan arrested over posts on transgender issues
The Guardian — Sept. 2, 2025

This is what Conman Carney wants to bring to Canada.

Europe is obsessed with regulating the internet, then it wonders why they have few tech companies of note.
The Liberals want to bring this model to Canada.

Imagine a Canada where religious expression loses its legal protection.

Where a pastor's sermon could face legal scrutiny without the automatic shield that once existed.

This isn't hypothetical. It's happening now.

Bill C-9, fast-tracked through a political deal with the Bloc Québécois, would remove the religious exemption from hate-speech laws. That means religious statements could face legal challenges without the protection previously available.

And there's more. In December 2024, a federal committee recommended removing "advancement of religion" as a charitable purpose. Over 40% of Canada's charities could be affected.

Last December, a federal committee recommended removing "advancement of religion" as a charitable purpose. Nearly 40% of Canada's charities would be affected. Now Bill C-9 is moving to remove protections for religious expression — reading from sacred texts could become legally risky.

Canada's Charter doesn't explicitly protect property rights either. The land families have worked for generations has no ironclad guarantee.

Late last week, Canada's United Nations delegation voted to put the Islamic Republic of Iran to the U.N. Committee for Programme and Coordination, which helps shape policy on women's rights, terrorism prevention, and human rights.

Given Iran's appalling human rights record, funding of terrorist groups around the world, its brutal oppression of Iranian citizens and its own efforts to terrorize and undermine Canada here at home, Canada's vote is disheartening.
