Fash, as someone who has been slagged by many on VF for years, try not to take it too hard.  When it comes to you and TD, you guys aren't even really friendly.  With those people, I'd have no expectation of any loyalty or respect, that way it doesn't mean anything when they say things behind your back.  You have lots of people who would and do go to bat for you.  Everyone else doesn't matter.
