When I modded DV, I was actually contacted by IHIT (Integrated Homicide Investigation Team) about a certain poster.  I didn't want to get involved in that one, since there was a very fine line between wanting to assist the authorities, and the other side being essentially the 'come back with a warrant' type of mindset.  And as such, that final decision was handed up to the Admin.
