My husband loves working on home renos..

Unfortunately, our house is completely updated, so he has nothing to do anymore..

Friends of ours seek his expertise.

Shot him off an email, and we'll see what he says about that concerning WETT...

I'll have to ask my WETT guy about that, just to be sure...

If I knew I could get away with insurance fraud, I'd torch this fucking place.

I always smoke outside, but not anymore.  Since I have to gut everything anyhow, I now smoke inside.

I just screwed in a piece of drywall into a part of the ceiling that I had to knock out.

It was not fun at all.  I do not enjoy installing ceiling drywall by myself.

This shit is not fun for me.  Now I'm not even sure if I needed to use 5/8" instead of 1/2" for ceiling, so I may have to tear that out also.

More than likely I will have to tear it out again, since my studs run 24", and apparently I need to run 5/8" on ceiling then.

I am just done.  I am overwhelmed, tired of this piece of shit house, but do like the area.

I'm thinking a new property with services already installed would've been a better option, and then get a brand new single wide trailer trash home delivered and set up.

The cost would've been about the same, actually.

...and I love the area and property.

I hate the fucking house.  It's a piece of shit that needs so much work, that I'm not so sure I can handle it.

I liked my condo, but hated everything else.  The rest of the condo, and the area itself, I am glad I left.

I want my condo unit here on this property!  That would make me happy.

My options were limited though.  In Canada, small homes on larger properties are essentially non-existent.  You cannot have both, unless you custom build.
