Do you think we should unban CR IP's and let him back?

He is illiterate, he is thin skinned and develops grudges if you look at him sideways. I realize this is supposed to be a free for all, but because he of the combination of his inanity and grudges, we can expect the same memes ad nauseum.
It's up to you Fash, but he is incapable of contributing anything funny or clever. He is a killjoy that everyone will have to step over like he doesn't exist.

Trust me, I know. Best practice is to have proper Mods in place to handle any problems.
Semajor isn't smart enough to figure out how to do that..
Remember, this is the man who didn't know how to put his settings on FB and Photobucket to private and when others discovered his name he accused them of hacking his accounts.
He really is that dim.

The problem with range bans, is that they don't remain static.
They are dynamic in nature.
I found this out in Castlegar, when every IP address was blocked by this forum as a spam IP address, even though I run my cell through Telus, no proxy.
