It took tribal Whitey another dozen and a half millenia to come visit their shores from Europe and grab the land in the name of king and country, with the help of human beings stolen from another non-European continent. Whitey's greed forced him to expand in search of new resources and wealth. Who cared if there was already an owner in the house? Nothing a little bit of firewater and a few bushels of smallpox-laden blankets couldn't help with, right? You know, to keep the Red Man warm in boreal climes?
