Relatively cheap housing there is the only reason I can think of for them buying there...

Did you know the Chinese have started buying up properties in Charlotetown, if they can do it there then they can do it in Castlegar

They are good neighbours, and assured me they've called in the pros to replace their pump.  (These pumps are 150 feet down here, so it's not something you can do yourself.  It's a couple grand minimum to replace a pump)...



My pump is cycling enough now because of this, as well as a hose across my yard.



I wouldn't ever deny a neighbour water, but I would never ask for it either...



How long before I should ask where the pump truck is?
