The guy is the perverbial "legend in his own mind".
I know that beating on those weaker than yourself can be fun or entertaining for some but it's nothing to be proud of. I know,....I used to do it regularly and still do only IF the need arises. But I never crow afterward about slapping around some half retarded little plebe, nor have I ever wished to. It's simply not that great of a feat.
The way this Smalls guy is waving his arms and screaming "look what I did, look what I did, aint I great!!!" You can't help but assume that his need for affirmation from this little community must be like an infestation of pin worms in his asshole. It's an itch that cannot be scratched nearly enough to satisfy the need.
