My thoughts??? It has nothing to do with the how the 2nd Amendment is applied. This is the work of an overzealous left leaning prosecutor who is looking to make a name for himself and is probably fully onboard with this ridiculous "defund the police" shit.
Unless MO has a full retreat policy in place when you or your home is threatened, I expect the confiscation issue to be overturned in court.
BTW, next time you want me to comment on something try being sober when you ask. I can tell from the haphazard way you presented this thread that you were most likely 3 sheets to the wind and your shorts were wet.
Missouriisa 'Stand Your Ground' State, which makes this even more baffling to me. Your laws are literally being re-written on the go now, to appease the left. That's the point of this thread, in that even 'Stand Your Ground' States are now equivalent to Canadian law. No different. Courts may find the parties not guilty, but not after a long and expensive struggle through the system.
And you can't choose whether you get a drunk or sober Mel... You are a robust woman that should be able to take either in stride.
