There have been plenty of protests in Trump country/GOP strongholds but almost all have been small (under 500 people) and nonviolent. People protested, waved their little signs, got their point across and went home OR they went off to places where they knew they could loot and burn almost with impunity (dementocrap run cities and towns).
Truth of the matter is, these protests are organized and paid for by professional protest movements and organizations. They are financially backed by radical organizations and the loony "Never Trumpers" of every stripe imaginable. They are not going to waste time and money causing problems in areas when they know that the protests will get shut down immediately if they turn violent. They know that they are simply not going to get public or political support in GOP controlled areas.

Homicides in 50 of America's largest cities rose by 24%, a new analysis found.
In total, 36 of 50 of America's largest cities examined saw a double-digit rise in homicide rates, the Wall Street Journal reported Sunday. Austin and Chicago's homicide rates have increased more than 50% in comparison to last year's rates, according to the Journal.
And American city governments don't seem to care.
