Mel gave the cat away to someone who fed it to a harbour seal.

Is this the latest alcohol fueled lie or are you finally telling the truth about something?...

I'm adjusting the narrative for you, and for this entire forum also.  You see, I am tired of having every poster here hang off my every word, my every action, just because they themselves have boring and unfulfilling lives.

So I adjust the narrative...  I got rid of the cat in whatever fashion you believe I did!

You honestly think I'd be honest about anything on these shithole forums?  They have proven to me that their only use is for shitposting.  Old DV I could have a convo.  Old DV is no longer...

You believe what you want to believe, and spread that word!  Spread it to Twitter, girlfriend!  Make sure to include Black Twitter also!

Give it away or blow it away....Get your story straight, please.... ac_unsure

The cat was given away.

For years you claimed that you shot the cat. You gave sorrow filled testimony that it was the hardest thing you ever had to do and it was done because the cat was antisocial and unfit for adoption. Now it seems that is was all bullshit...or so you now want to claim.

Is this the latest alcohol fueled lie or are you finally telling the truth about something?...

Mel if killing your pet was indeed a lie then it wasn't funny or entertaining in any way. It was just another example of your desperate need for attention....As I have always maintained YOU need professional psychiatric help and not that "free" kinda rubber stamp crap that you wait on line for up there. Get some...the sooner the better.

Either way, I am not your enemy, Renee...

Your cities are turning into 'Lord of the Flies' shit...

Focus on that, before you give a fuck about what I do or say...

When did you kill her cat?

I had to give away the cat long after she left, because she hated the cat and didn't want it.

What I'm reading here is that you think it was all on her...She used you to achieve a certain lifestyle and financial convenience because she was either reluctant or incapable of taking responsibility for her own financial welfare and living arrangement. At least that's what it seems you are saying.

It still doesn't make sense. If she was dependent on you to get her all the things she needed in life then why did she leave?...Something doesn't add up.  ac_umm But if you don't want to talk about it and if you just want to lay blame elsewhere,...that's fine by me. Nothing ever really changes and it's par for the course.

So that being said, ever think that because she was an injun,...maybe your lodge pole just wasn't impressive enough?....Or maybe you didn't have enough stallions in your pony herd....if you catch my drift...:laugh3:

I never stated it was all on her, but I stand by my statement that in retrospect I think she did utilize the chance to get to a better place in life.  You first have to understand her initial situation:  She did have a job, but lived at home with parents (which she hated), drove a piece of shit car, and had student loan and credit card debts.  She also lived in a town that she didn't like.

I was the answer to all these problems, because I fixed them all.  The goal was to save downpayment for our own place.  She was having difficulty holding down work, and I was working hard saving money.  I had $20,000 at one point for downpayment, and just wanted her to be patient.  I wanted her to find work she'd be happy with also, before we took on a huge mortgage.  I was very patient with her in this regard.

Her goal was different...  The minute she found a steady full-time gig, she was already planning to leave (or at least so I believe).  She always wanted to live there, just not with me (IMHO).

So now she has a new car (fully paid for by me), no debts at all, and full time work.  She simply didn't need me anymore for anything...  And left.

However, that was to be short lived, since she eventually lost that job also, and became homeless.  I took her in out of pity for a while, but I knew it wouldn't work because of past events.  She was angry that she was homeless, angry at me, and was a cunt.  I wasn't putting up with that BS anymore at that point, and started putting my foot down for the first time.  Then she moved back home with her parents, got her old job back, and now rents out a shitty room in an apartment.  At least that's the last I heard.

My problem was that I was too generous.  I shouldn't have helped her out with anything initially, as that would've more than likely given me a true picture of what her motives really were, right from the beginning...

But seriously, if life was as wonderful for her as you claim...why in God's green earth did she leave? I mean have you examined this issue objectivity or with a little bit of introspection? The only reason I can think of is that she fell out of love with hou and then you have to ask yourself, WHY. BUT also if she was as mercenary as you have claimed in the past, I'm not even sure that having no feels for you would be a good enough reason to hit the bricks....  There are lot of holes in your story...but I understand if you don't want to discuss them. Facing the faults that everyone sees in you has never been your strong suit...ac_umm

Of course it's objective, Renee.  Anyone that has been through a breakdown of a marriage/serious relationship, knows that there's three stories:  His story, her story, and the actual truth, which usually lies somewhere around the middle, IMHO.

I know I'm not the perfect man, but she was taken care of.  If she had a problem, I'd solve it.  It's in my nature to take care of other people better than I take care of myself, as I obtain more personal satisfaction helping out others.  In hindsight, I think that may have been my weakness also...

Everything was good until she reached her own (temporary) financial independence, which I pushed her towards...  We didn't have a place of our own yet, but I begged her to be patient.  We were both making money, but her bank account was ZERO, while I managed to save up about $20,000 for a down payment for our own shit.

Yet she still wasn't satisfied.  She lost job after job, and floated from rental suite to rental suite, until she became homeless.  Only then did she move back into a Condo that I now owned!

Still wasn't good enough, I guess...  She just up and left one day when I was at work!  Moved back with Mom & Dad.  I didn't do or say anything to bring that on.

I think she used me, to get out of her position in life...  She wanted to be close to a big city, and I could offer that.  Her car was a broken down piece of shit, so I bought her a new car.  I could fix some of her problems, and as long as I could, she was OK.

When I no longer served a purpose anymore, she packed up and left, and I think it's just as simple as that...
