For just one thing, your fondness for repeating yourself.  This post is an oblique example of that.

OK, so you're saying that me asking your opinion on a matter, or to clarify that opinion, is an example of me 'repeating myself?'

Perhaps you don't quite understand how forums work:  When posters make a certain statements, it is quite common for other posters to request clarity, or to further question certain statements.

Of course, that typically applies to forums that contain normal people, and not to the rejects that inhabit this clown show...

I have no recollection of requests  for clarity in any of your posts .. E V E R

Maybe if you mattered .......

Mel, you're being too hard on yourself, or perhaps not hard enough.

You have it backwards. This forum causes Mel a lot of angst. You see, all of us have lives, jobs, interests and loved ones. This sub means a lot only to Mel.

I've long thought the entire story of Mel was pretty well known years ago.

We're in the eighth season of re-runs now, and frankly it's pretty stale.

In your opinion, what's my story, and what do find stale about it?

For just one thing, your fondness for repeating yourself.  This post is an oblique example of that.

Mel has got handles here of posters that haven't posted anywhere in over five years. He likes to bring them out at three am to talk to himself when everybody who is not a lonely hopeless drunk is sleeping or working shifts.

Yes, I KNOW all that.  I had thought I understood that this subforum existed partly to accommodate Mel since his posting habits evidently cause some people a lot of angst.  There is a whole BC forum out there waiting for you people to post without Mel, and I don't see it getting very much action.  Seems like some of you would rather read this sub and bitch about the guy.  And we've had plenty of re-runs on THAT, as well.
