I took French in Elementary School and High School. Now I am refreshing my french with Rosetta Stone. When I am done I am taking either Japanese or Korean. How so? English is an amalgamation of so many European languages and we speak it as our first.

Most Brits aint fluent in a second language.

It's the same with Native English speaking Canadians..



Most can only speak English.
