Its pretty amazing that NY has fucked itself so thoroughly that businesses are fleeing and other states cant even trust them to prosecute murderers. In a previous decade, you could count on a murderer going to the clink for at LEAST 25 years in ANY state!

I hope that Arizona locks this asshole up for 25 years.
