Yeah.. ask this guy if he felt innocent until proven guilty as he sat in a cell for 30 days while possibly hearing about his life crumbling around him while he's restrained to a completely helpless condition.

Did his employer hold his job during the absence?
Was his name drove through the proverbial mud during this exercise?
How were his financial obligations met during his incarceration ?

the little details no one talks about as they chant for the type of mob justice which often results in the kind of financial ruin that makes one wish they had been found guilty and given a free place to say with 3 square meals a day
