These idiots  could never make the cut in the real world performing a real function or providing a real value to society. Deep down they know it. This is why, no matter how much of a self owning proposition it may be, they leap at the opportunity to correct some minor oversight in grammar or highlight some other meaningless typo on a meaningless message board. It's an opportunity to feel smart and to get some "get back" on all that time and money they wasted obtaining that degree which didn't get them anywhere above mediocre in their sordid lives.

And this we see in full effect with people like Pig and Lotus whom, despite all their years of study, never amounted to anything of significant worth. Deep down they are resentful of this fact but are consoled by the lemmings who are told to surround them, cheer them and make them feel special. It's a shame they don't have a little more self-agency, I seem to recall a time back in late 2016 where a few of their number were swearing up and down they were going to leave the country as some fucked up kind of protest about Orangeman getting voted in, but all that seemed to evaporate around the time they realised how much effort it would cost them and they nearly all of them were making about noises about relocating to Canada, surprisingly few of them were interested in the socialist paradises in South America they had been singing the praises of only months before.
