Run a successful system in parallel with their failed ideas and they will want to mooch off the successful, if not outright demand that the more successful system is somehow stealing their gimme dats and must therefore be forced to yield its gains for the left's disbursement.
Or in simple terms, they are mewling children, if not complete savages. Socially speaking of course.
