TBH, I don't know where the hell this weight gain came from.

I thought I'd already cut back but obviously I was wrong.

One big mistake I might have made is eating too close to bedtime.

The 2nd is eating stuff like corn bread.

so as delicious as it is, no more corn bread

And i was drinking smoothies. Maybe that also had something to do with it.

Anyway going out for a walk.

 Get your testosterone levels checked. Thats genuine advice.

 It might be that.

  Fish steak, chicken. Eat meat. We are designed to need animal protein.

 Cut sugars and carbs and that processed shit.

TBH the secret to weight loss is to  reduce or burn off the amount of calories that you consume go for hikes and eat healthy and count calories.

I'm heavier than any time in my life.

So I gotta lose weight.

As of today I'm cutting out sugars alcohol french fries diary products & meat. Eating 2 meals a day as well.

Hopefully I can lose at least 10 lbs before the summer is out.

Ideally in a perfect world I should try to lose 25-30 lbs.

Apart from any exercise suggestions any dietary recommendations?
