And next up, the biggest kick in Canada's economic nuts: ending the current free trade agreement (or CUSMA).

Right now CUSMA exempts more than 85% of trade from Canada to the US from these new tariffs,  but because Carney has already been violating it on little things like tariffing American whiskey there is an excellent chance that this will be used by the US to cancel CUSMA entirely.

If that happens then Ontario's economy will plunge like never before in history.

Way to go, Carney.  You've destroyed the Canadian economy faster than I thought possible. Ontario voters, you deserve this for voting so incredibly stupidly.

Trump caved again to his master. Elbows down folks, Conman Carney is a fraud.

What an incompetent failure. His whole campaign was about how he's THE MAN to face Trump and get the best deal for Canada. He did the whole "Team Canada" and the "Elbows Up" stupid campaigns and it was just empty ridiculous slogans. Now he's backing down, giving Trump everything he wants and Canada got nothing!

Pierre Trudeau thought he could make Canada less American with the National Energy Program, multiculturalism,  and a shiny new Constitution, but it was like trying to unblend maple syrup from pancake batter, messy and futile.

Enter Justin Trudeau, stage left, with his post-national daydream. He figured Canada's identity was just a vibe, globalism, selfies, and socks. Clueless.

While he preached a borderless utopia, Canadians wondered if they were being replaced by an army of Tim Hortons workers. Economic losses? Try $4 trillion on his watch. Yikes.

Now Mark Carney's warming up to replay Pierre's greatest hits...economic nationalism, less U.S. reliance.  Sounds bold, but it's like dusting off a flip phone in 2025.
