Quote from: Biggie Smiles on Today at 09:15:25 AMI just pulled a property estimate

my home is literally worth 25K more today than it was yesterday  :crampe:

oooooo you're gonna pay through your nose, ear holes and dick hole if you want to escape new york now.

and conversely, what is your property value looking like up there?

This is why I laughed so hard when "purdy murdy" a.k.a Maley Whaley was bragging about the price of her little 500sq ft postage stamp. Yeah, it may be worth 1.5 million now while this bubble California is in lasts but when it does burst you'll be lucky if that fucking tent gets you 100K
There will be an eighteen month wait on U-Haul rental trucks.

I cannot wait until they swap out the statue of the raging bull down wall street in favor of a female goat of child bearing age to keep the terrorists in the mood to procreate

Quote from: Shen Li on November 04, 2025, 11:13:33 PMThe US is electing marxists. Canada keeps electing globalists who are driving the country closer to third world status. Britain is coming apart at the seams.

People on my side of the planet are wondering if the voters in Britain, Canada and the US are on drugs.

Yeah but you know what avatar_Shen Li ?

Nations like Singapore & Japan are nothing without places like Canada & Australia which have abundant Natural Resources.  Cuz if I'm not mistaken Singapore doesn't have any. They rely upon others like Canada for them.

That's why they're banking on Canada & Prime Minister avatar_Mark Carney 's plans to succeed. Cuz like Canada, they wanna be less dependent on Trump's America and free of his tariffs.

Notice how many Asian countries are lining up with Singapore to sign trade deals with Canada. Indonesia is another. Signed a free trade deal .

Quote from: Reggie Essent on Today at 12:03:35 AMYeah, I've heard the NYC subways are eleven million times worse than Chicago's L trains, and you couldn't pay me to ride those.

I did just watch the commie's victory speech.  The Jihadi does speak well.  It will be interesting to see how he's going to make his unicorn fart promises come true.

I find that hard to believe. The Chicongo Trains are notorious for their murder, assaults, robberies, etc.

Quote from: Reggie Essent on Today at 12:15:38 AMTrue that.  Shit ain't looking good into the future.  I just hope the shit doesn't hit the fan too hard before I go.  I'm completely retired now, so I have plenty of time to watch it all go down.
Canada will crash and burn before the US. I'm soooooo glad I got the fuck out.

I still got a few years on me but also live in a place that will be one of the later chips to fall

and even when it does I am prepared with lots of guns, ammo, energy and food

It wont last me a lifetime but certainly long enough to take some democrat filth scum with me when it does finally go down.

Quote from: Biggie Smiles on Today at 12:05:36 AM15 years ago the subways were death traps. A totally miserable experience to be mild about it . I tried to avoid them at all costs whenever I could.
