Quote from: Brent on November 16, 2025, 12:30:39 PMElections have become a waste of time in Canada. A tiny cabal who does not even live here are dictating Canada's demise.
This is why we want our own country. I wish Canada well on their own, but it is time for a divorce.

This was written by Dr Leslyn Lewis.

Years ago, when I warned that Canada was heading toward decline, many dismissed it as fear-mongering and  "conspiracy."

But time has a way of proving who was sounding the alarm and who was asleep at the wheel.

The RCMP's newly released Whole-of-Government Five-Year Trends Report confirms what many of us already knew, that our institutions are losing public trust, inflation and inequality are deepening, and the social fabric that holds this country together is beginning to tear.

We're now hearing even the Prime Minister and former Bank of Canada officials quietly prepare Millennials and Gen Zs for an austere future. One where home ownership becomes a dream of the past, replaced by government-owned rental blocks.

If this trajectory continues, Canada could face food insecurity, civil unrest, and the kind of instability no democracy should ever invite.
It's time to tell Canadians the truth.

We cannot rebuild trust by hiding from reality.

The next generation deserves honesty, and leadership that prepares, not pretends.

Investment per worker in Canada is down 10.8% since 2015...the worst in the G7.

After a decade of costly Liberal experiments, Canada invests less, builds less, and keeps falling further behind.

A vote for the Liberals or NDP is a vote against the working class. I don't like the Conservatives either but they are not as evil as the other two.

Quote from: Thiel on November 11, 2025, 04:10:43 PMSweetie, you don't need to beg for attention from Brent to know the answer to your silly question.

Remember I explained to you after we had sex last night all the metrics point to Canada heading in the wrong direction since the Liberals assumed power ten years ago. Mr. Carney is not changing the course he set as Mr. Trudeau's top advisor.

Energy, trade, taxation, bureaucracy, internet freedom, freedom of the press, deficit spending, climate alarmism, GDP, investment, productivity, immigration, hunter's rights, freedom to protest, crime, poverty, health care, transparency and on and on. By every single metric Canada has gone from being near the top of the first world rankings to the bottom half in one decade. Mr. Carney is adding fuel to the dumpster fire.

Sugarplum, I understand why you pretend to vote for the Liberals. You are very old, you have nothing and therefore nothing to lose by the Liberals deliberate assault on freedoms and prosperity. You are not a stakeholder in Canada's future. Why would you care that Canada is becoming a failed former rich state like Argentina before Millei's successful reforms.

No right or wrong answer only your opinion counts.

I voted Liberal & for Carney but I'm sure there are parts of his Game Plan that could be Improved.

Like all working class Canadians I am not happy with the direction the Liberals are taking us. They are deliberately making us poorer and less free.

But, I still observe Rememberance Day. I wear a poppy. We used to have a great country thanks in part to combat veterans and of course settlers. It is not their fault rich globalist scum is taking it all away.

We learned today that buried in Conman Carney's costly budget, is the fact his budget offers mass amnesty for asylum seekers.

Quote from: DKG on October 28, 2025, 09:44:48 AMThe Liberals are admitting life will get worse on their watch.

Don't worry avatar_DKG DKG.

The Conservatives will one day get back in power. Me thinks the Liberals were very lucky to win the last election. And I voted for them.

You n avatar_Shen Li Shen will one day see a Conservative government.

Same time I hope Carney leaves them or another leader of any party which succeeds him with a solid foundation & improved infrastructure to work with.

And more trade/economic ties with Asia & Europe. in the event the Tories get in, I hope the Tories can build upon and improve that foundation.
