Tampon Tim accused the federal government of being at war with his state after the fatal shooting during an Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation.

Tensions with the Trump administration escalated sharply Wednesday when an ICE agent shot a woman who appeared to be interrupting their operation with her vehicle. Video shows her swerving into an agent, who fired at her and killed her.

Yes, Minnesota requires licensed daycare centers to provide adequate and safe outdoor play space, with specific square footage per child, shaded areas, and age-appropriate features like sand/water play, though exact rules depend on whether it's a family or center-based license and local zoning. Requirements focus on supervision, fencing, and ensuring access to outdoor learning environments for different age groups, with rules specified in Minnesota Statutes.
Key Requirements for Outdoor Play

Space: A minimum of 50 square feet of outdoor play space per child in attendance is generally required for licensed homes, with larger requirements for toddlers in centers.
Supervision & Safety: The play area must be easily supervised and adequately enclosed (fenced) to prevent children from leaving unattended.
Shade: A minimum of 150 square feet of shaded area is needed for toddler groups.
Water/Sand Play: Offer sand or water play at least monthly for children 18 months and older, indoors or out.
Proximity: The outdoor space should be adjacent to the residence or within 1,500 feet for family daycare.

Where to Find Specifics

Minnesota Rules: Part 9502.0425 covers outdoor play for family daycare homes, and Part 9503.0060 details equipment for various age groups at {Link: MN Revisor's Office https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/9502.0425/ and.
Local Zoning: City codes, like those for Center City, MN, can add requirements for play space enclosure and screening {Link: American Legal Publishing
Somali owned daycares are like corporate headquarters in Switzerland. They exist on paper only.

Mr. Walz has always had a problem with the truth. Remember the legitimate accusations of stolen valor.

" In 20 years or less, Minnesota will be a broke welfare state just like Illinois is today."

BTW,  Minnesota had billions in surplus before Walz, this year, its projected to be a 2 billion shortfall.
