He has already got one thread for humping your leg and another for fake investing for boring trolls in their seventies.

Nobody starts multiple threads for existing topics because they want attention so Joe won't be doing that either. I used to move them to his existing threads, but no more spam. If he wants to post about those two topics post them in the appropriate thread otherwise they get deleted.
