I've been wanting walnuts for some time, but couldn't find any without buying a jar of mixed nuts... Mixed nut jars typically comprise of 80% shitty nuts.
Finally saw a bag of shelled walnuts for sale, and bought them. It's like pulling out a brain when you extract nut from shell.
The Chinese like shelled walnuts. They will carve them and hold them.
I love walnuts. I have some on my coffee table.
