Title: Re: Saudi woman granted refugee status.
Post by: Frood on January 21, 2019, 04:10:17 PM
Substandard and delayed care here unless it's life threatening. We're basically levied then punitively punished for not purchasing private health cover as our incomes rise into average territory. Total scam and the quality of what you get on the public system is disgusting.

Typical government run program.

Let's talk about costs, what's covered, fees, wait times, and anything else relevant to health care delivery.

I  should  say Taiwan's health care system is so much better than Canada's and it's cheaper.

I think this article sums it up pretty well.

No universal health care program is perfect, simply because humans will exploit any government funded social program. But we do OK, and nobody is going to be turned away from medical help.

Canada's health care used to be good. Now more services are being delisted, costs continue to rise, wait times grow. Provinces are scrambling to figure out how they will pay more while knowing they will have to deliver less.

Politicians kickback (aka "pension") is a disgusting blight on our political landscape.

It's not worth it for a doctor to work in Canada....they can go to the US and make way more money...anyone in health care can.  And a lot of people have left Canada for that exact reason.

Bringing in a shit load of immigrants year after year is not helping either, it puts a strain and burden on the system.

I was just talking about this with my mom yesterday....there really are too many useless positions in government....positions we dont need...there should really be a cut back on some of them.  Its putting a huge burden on the tax payers to pat their wage for their useless job and yes, plus the pensions....the only one who should have a pension in government is the actual PMs themselves.  Some diddly squat useless motherfucker doesnt need a pension.

Look at this dumbass:

Shes just an example of many of them doing shit like this...no wonder theres no money in the budget.  Cut these kinds of people off!

Somehow we have to stop the rising costs of health care if we are to save public health care in Canada.

We need to stop the burden on the system.  In general Canada needs to stop helping everyone.  It's great be nice n shit but, this is reality and if the bucket is empty you cant keep giving...you need to stop, take a break and let it refill, save....its irresponsible government spending this pit us on this hole...they're stealing massive amounts of money and theres nkthing anyone can do about it.  Its disgusting.

I only skimmed ir. Does it mention if costs are sustainable. Canadian health care is not sustainable because of rising costs and an aging population.
