Sweden has become for ISIS jihadis what Argentina was for the Nazis, an opposition politician is claiming.
Swedish Moderate Party MP Hanif Bali told parliament the country has been lead-footed in dealing with returning terrorists.
And now he fears there will be a high price to pay.
"These trips have been happening for several years now, but you haven't done anything," Bali told Green Party spokesman Rasmus Ling.
Bali said the Greens have crafted laws that have exacerbated a difficult situation, calling the approach to extremism "passive."
"Sweden has become what Argentina was for the Nazis. Only, after the Second World War, they actually introduced retroactive legislation and got the Nazis sentenced," the politician said.
He wondered why none of the returning terrorists have been prosecuted.
Following the Second World War, many of Hitler's most vile henchmen escaped to Latin America. They included death doctor Josef Mengele, Adolf Eichmann, and concentration camp commander Franz Stangl.
Ironically, the politician told SVT TV, there are victims of ISIS'S bloodlust who are stranded in Middle Eastern refugee camps while the terrorists get the red carpet treatment.
"I believe we should make it as difficult as possible for them to come here. They have actually lost the right to call themselves Swedes", Bali said
Since 2013, Sweden, with a population of around 10 million, has accepted more than 800,000 migrants. About 150 ISIS terrorists and 50 of their family members have returned.
Bali also wants ISIS brides and their spawn "to rot" in the refugee camps.
Bizarrely, one Swedish newspaper columnist said the country should "increase its support to foreign fighters."

Somebody on here posted that it's difficult to get accurate statistics on crime in Sweden..
They either can't collect or can't reveal crime stats on ethnicity, and religion..
