This is where the justice system fails.
Decisions are made by unelected, disconnected bureaucratic lawyers who are rarely, if ever, held to account.
That case demands a government review, and if said review determines the reason for the failure to enforce the law is unacceptable the person responsible should be dismissed and disbarred.
