There are a few ostrich farms in Alberta..

I have to wonder if there is something they could do with their feet to make them less dangerous, like clip their toenails?

Sometimes when my toenails get long they can get dangerous.

That's the spirit. Keep a wild and dangerous animal as a pet, and when it reverts to kind, kill it.

People raise bison for meat. If a bull charges you. you would want a rifle in your hands.

And that's perfectly OK (But it would need to be a very powerful rifle, cocked and ready).

Only an idiot keeps a cassowary, and walks around in its pen unprotected.
