Title: Incredible sand sculptures

There's been a sand sculpture exhibition in good old Adelaide for the past couple of weeks, based on the theme of the Jungle Book.



Here are just some of the breathtaking exhibits.



Disclaimer; they have been Photochopped because the exhibition was inside and the surrounding walls were hideously decorated.

Some cities in Canada have ice sculpture competitions in the winter.

All the sculptures are amazing. Ice sculptures would not last long here in Vancouver either.

A 12-metre high Manitoba Legislature Building and 6-metre high dinosaurs made of ice will be some of the central attractions at the Great Ice Show in Winnipeg.

As much as I don't want anything to do with Canada, I can't say I will never visit the Peg again. I was born here and I have lived here my entire life. Once a Winnipegger, always a Pegger. My wife and I have family and close friends here. Besides, a bike ride by the forks in the summer is never boring.
