The guy does need help, whether it be prescription or counselling, he needs it. If he's not getting professional counselling, then online forums are literally the next best thing. I'm not sure if banning him would be a good idea, if he can't express himself online then I'm worried he'll express himself in other ways and in real life :-(
As for nasty pm pics, is there a way to have the option of not looking at the pic? Like a setting used in Outlook Express?
