many leftists will tell you visible minorities are discriminated against in hiring, that's why the earn less. BUT Asians are just as visible a minority as any other and they are out earning white Americans
For years leftists have said that "cultural bias" accounts for lower minority test scores. But Asians have no less separate a culture than Hispanics or blacks, but they score HIGHER than whites on the SATs
We can speculate about what causes these differences, but it's obviously clear it's not racism.

I am bit uncomfortable when these stats are used. Social engineers will use them to "level the playing field."
