That is never in dispute.



However, there is no killing machine more effective than guns. That's why soldiers abandoned swords for firearms many years ago.



There is also no justification for using a gun other than to kill.



The argument that people can be killed by a knife seems based on the fact that owning and possessing a knife and carrying it in public places without a lawful excuse is legal.



It is not. Carrying a knife as a weapon is as illegal as carrying a gun in most civilised countries.



The argument that knives are legal is fallacious.

I was also in the military.



And what I know is if a country is invaded by s superior military force, you owning a pop gun won't help one bit. The old "civilian defence" concept might have had an effect 50 years ago, but in this modern age of air power, fast tanks and APC's, drones and smart bombs, armed civilians have as much chance of resisting a military assault, foreign or domestic, as an armless man in a UFC ring.

I get what you're saying, and honestly some of the things on your list has worried me, in the event of something. For instance, Project Bluebeam, is a government conspiracy involving the ability to project imagery into the sky. It is believed, that combined with that and the use of cell tower frequencies, they will try and fool the general public into believing either an alien attack, or the return of God. With God, it will be an image of God in the sky, with him commanding you through the frequencies. The alien attack is the one I see THEM using. And the issue is not about hunting.

Brick, the aliens do not want us to have nuclear weapons! I dont think even our own government should have them, no one should. They harm more innocent people than anything in war. Besides, we live in fishbowl, and I dont wish radiation sickness on anyone.



Ever hear about how our government fired a nuke at the atmosphere back in the 50's, just before all nations agreed that no one should go to Antarctica? Its called Operation Fishbowl, and was a real thing. This and a few other significant things make me lean towards the Flat Earth theory. Madman shot dead after killing 20 at Thai shopping mall



NAKHON RATCHASIMA — Thai security forces on Sunday shot and killed a rogue soldier who went on a rampage in a shopping mall in a northeastern city, ending an overnight siege after a series of attacks that left at least 20 people dead.



Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul confirmed the soldier had been shot dead at the Terminal 21 mall in the city of Nakhon Ratchasima.



"Thank you police and army for ending the situation. Shooter shot dead!!!" Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul said in a post on Facebook. Police and the army also said he had been killed.



Police have identified the suspected shooter as 32- year-old soldier Jakrapanth Thomma.



The killings began Saturday afternoon when the soldier opened fire in a house before moving to an army camp and then to the mall, posting messages on Facebook as he went.



Thai media said the suspected shooter had worked at an army base close to Nakhon Ratchasima, which is about 250 km from the capital Bangkok.

Overnight, soldiers and police stormed into the mall and escorted hundreds of trapped people to safety.



"It was frightening because I could hear the occasional gunshot ... we waited a long time for the police to come and help us, many hours," said Suvanarat Jirattanasakul, 27, her voice trembling after she emerged.



The mall was busy with shoppers on a long weekend for the Buddhist Makha Bucha holiday.



CCTV footage from inside the mall posted on social media showed the gunman dressed in black and wearing a mask, his gun slung over his shoulder with no sign of other people around.



Facebook said it had removed the suspect's account.



"There is no place on Facebook for people who commit this kind of atrocity, nor do we allow people to praise or support this attack," a Facebook representative said in a statement.



Major shootings are rare in the Southeast Asian country other than in the far south, where a decades-old insurgency persists.



Nakhon Ratchasima is one of the biggest cities in northeastern Thailand, an island of relative prosperity in a rice growing area that is one of the poorest parts of the country of 69 million people.

I disagree, and I am sure I aint the only one. He is a good writer. He can think for himself. He aint no copy and paster.

The thing about Australia is that Australians have been indoctrinated by leftist policies (even experimented on before the rest of the West) AND varying forms of nationalism/populism for a century.



It's a fractured concept (horse), but mostly goes where the rider (Leftism) leads it...
