Shampain is a member over at BF, and someone else tried mocking him by creating his name and pretending to be him. This could very well be another of those instances lol.

They burn peat for heat. Not exactly the most environmentally friendly way to stay warm. But, those houses are in remote areas and natural gas transmission lines for example, would not be viable.
