I always have a backup plan though: I just may do some more basic reno's over Winter (paint, floors, new appliances, shit like that) to spruce the place up a bit, and could always flip it for almost assured profit in the Spring, since I got a hell of a deal on it as sellers were desperate to sell because they had to leave.
What I did was went from one extreme to another, when I really should've found a middle ground!
