Vegan Fried Chicken Is Coming To KFC Canada But It's For One Day OnlyQuote

Fast-food giant KFC is the latest company to get on board with plant-based trends in Canada, as they're introducing vegan fried chicken to one of their Canadian stores! KFC's Plant-Based Fried Chicken will available for one day only in Mississauga this week, and the customer response will determine whether the Colonel's vegan chicken gets rolled out nationwide in 2020.
On Tuesday morning, the chicken chain announced that they'd be introducing a brand-new Plant-Based Fried Chicken in Canada this week.
To create the new vegan treats, KFC Canada partnered up with Lightlife, a leading plant-based protein brand. I don't know about plant based proteins..
They have a lot of processing with artificial ingredients..
I would feel safer having a piece of lean chicken breast...not battered and deep fried though...sorry Shen Li.
