It's a combo of two reasons. First, Mel has finally accepted that the glory days of forums are in the past. VF would be a shell of it's former self if it was still around. Secondly, Mel doesn't like evs and she is the owner.

Out of principle, I won't let Vesna plaster my forum full of ads. I receive no benefit by allowing her to do so. Therefor, I get kicked off her server tomorrow.

If I want to run ads, I'll just get my own domain and run my own forum as I see fit!

You would be better off taking over an existing forum rather than starting a new one. Talk to the owner of BF or this one. Forums do not attract new posters anymore. It's the same two dozen or so posters across all these forums. Starting a new forum in today's day and age is like opening a cobbler's shop beside Walmart.

My forum will have global appeal... Global reach. It won't be like these forums. And with my own domain, I'll have full control. Plus, it'll be its own entity, and not some sub hidden away like now.

Thanks! I'm not a programmer, so this won't be easy for me. I want to set up forum in cloud VPN so I have access to server root, as opposed to a shared server, but I have absolutely no idea on how to do this...

I gotcha. I know of Snapchat, I use to do that lol, til my Windows phone no longer supported it. Tik Tok I've heard of, and seen some vids. Ello I've never heard of.

None of them equal forums in my opinion. Especially ones like this, where there are freedoms.

My friend and his American gf have been building their cabin on a remote piece of hot dry land for a few months now and I'm jealous. Totally self contained and more like a wood floored platform tent with outdoor cooking and showering annexes. Actually I think in retrospect, at least in principle, Anita Bryant was right.

She was villified for taking a stand against homosexuals.

But since then, America has fallen apart socially.

Shortly after her crusade which she was torn apart for, the AIDS epidemic swept the gay community in America during the 1980s. It was almost as if God was punishing them for failing to heed the warning of His Messenger.

The gay movement is like the homosexual beast they let out of the cage & now it's devouring America.

It wasn't enough for them merely to come out, now they wanna take over & control the social agenda.

Even lesbians who were genetically born as women now fear that the transgender faction of the LGBTQ movement threatens their existence & now they want the 'L' dropped from it.

So this gay plague isn't just wrecking the social cohesivemess of America, but fracturing the gay movement utself.

Actually I kinda feel sorry for Lesbians these days when the likes if Blurt wants to eat them up, eh.
