I do. I am on a path of certain destruction, but I do what I do.

I like to quit drinking at least two hours before bed. Otherwise, I will be up every thirty minutes taking a piss.
I just will drink Kava root tea, diffuse some oil blends that help relax us. Keep lights dim.
I have a Dr Teals night time bathsoak with melatonin that works at least on a placebo level.
Believe me when I say crutching with substances is understandable, but a very bad way to cope or help yourself with anything.
Sometimes I drink to fall asleep.
Usually it's just a glass of White or Sparklng wine.
Nothin to get drunk Jes to relax.
Drink like a European I say.

If I do have trouble falling asleep, I don't like to take anything.

When I have trouble sleeping, I count the dicks of guys I stalk offline. It is why I am going back to the penn, but I can't help myself.
