Nobody knows how many people are infected, because we can't test them all. And those that are swabbed for testing, results don't come until many days later, once the lab can analyze the swab.
It's not like a breathalyzer test, that can give on the spot results, unfortunately...

Yes they are lying about numbers...
And most likely they're using one of the drugs that stop HIV developing if they've found a treatment but only the rich in China will get a share.
Why do we care? They're locking down the world.
