Good point Joe. A fossil like you can't play the long game.
We kinda lucked in both ways. Fortunately, we recently cashed in quite high and invested in 100% safe areas intending to stay out forever .. although under current circumstances I am stockless but will be tempted as am in the perfect position when things bottom out. Not sure what we will do .. we'll see in future
Must be living right and the money god's guided us well this winter ... so long as Canada doesn't go under, we are 100% protected for as long as we stay put .. which at the moment we will of course do
For those who retained stocks, it will come back later this year .. fear not. If we were still heavy in, I would not be worrying about the intermediate range future
What might be considered strange to some is that the local real estate market has increased a bit this month and sales are way up from last year .. What are others finding in their area?
