It could be crap... like the pope weeks ago... dunno...
But if he's on a ventilator for severe respiratory problems, it's conceivable...
Its possible. If so, I bet it would take time to have a plan and come up with something to tell the public.
I don't know too much about him except for his messy hair.
He's stable , conscious, receiving oxygen, but not on a ventilator according to the news this morning.
BoJo is not dead.
Tonight our TV news said he was on a ventilator.
Some news says he isn't on a ventilator and other sources say he is.

His pregnant Fiancé has covid-19, poor girl.
It must be shocking for a pregnant woman to go through it,
I read his condition is stabilizing.

poor man... I feel sick when I hear people report their condition.
The was an elderly Aus man who lost his wife on catching the virus on a cruise ship... They caught it on the cruise ship but came back and self quarantined at home in country New South Wales... She died, he lived. He said she was the love of his life... He heartbreak was raw and we all felt for him. Sad.

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab has said he is "confident" Boris Johnson will recover from coronavirus, describing the prime minister as a "fighter".
Speaking at the daily coronavirus briefing, Mr Raab said Mr Johnson remained in "good spirits" and was breathing without assistance.
Mr Raab said Mr Johnson was receiving standard oxygen treatment and breathing without any assistance

Fantastic news.
Further positive news - I just heard from London reporter that he requires considerably less oxygen than the average patient in ICU

Wow,... from having a mild case and being able to run the country, to hospitalization for observation, to ICU with a little oxygen, to stabilization, then to almost over it.
I wonder if they're giving him AIDS drugs. We wouldn't know if they were because there would be a run on them.
I'm sorry, I'm not buying it just yet.
Maybe he was given hydroxychloroquine.

Production for many pharmaceutical products isn't an open ended thing...
...if modeling says that only a certain increased volume of any one thing is possible, and that's not going to cover everyone at once or even staggered for months plus, I can see why medical authorities or health orgs might be reluctant to sing the praises of anything besides distancing, masks, and caution...
It's the trade off of how many can be saved versus how many could be lost in a panic situation where peacetime rules crumble...
..just thinking outloud.

Doctors are hoarding it in Canada. I am sure the hospital BoJo is at in London has some on hand. It doesn't require much of a dosage.

I'll look at the data after it's all over and if I'm still around...

You will be around, but there will never be enough data for opponents of hydroxychloroquine.
Boris Johnson 'improving' and 'sitting up in bed',
Boris Johnson remains in intensive care but is "improving" and "sitting up in bed" engaging with doctors, Chancellor Rishi Sunak has said.

But all is not good in Jolly Old overall - a record 938 daily deaths were reported in UK hospitals.
bloody hell... over 900 deaths a day... which leads me to thinking special drugs are being given to Boris Johnson and not the 900+ dead.

He got oxygen, and not as high a flow as most people. He is a healthy non smoking 55 year old.

Non smoker would be significant...
I've switched my worry about him to his pregnant fiancée.
I wonder what this virus does to unborn babies.... I feel so sad for them.
Ya. It must be scary for those pregnant at this time .. much more so if virus-positive
My sister aint scared..
Its not deadlier to pregnant women or unborn babies.

It is scary having any type of illness right now.
I just heard the latest boris news. He has been moved out of ICU and into a general ward so that actually is a sign he has improved.
He might survive after all.
What a scare for the Brits.
That's great news. If moved out of ICU, he's on path for recovery

Exactly and I hope his fiancée and unborn child do as well.
Good fortune to them all.
I was surprised Boris Johnson took a temporary turn for the worse..
He's fifty five and healthy.
He's out of ICU and taking short walks ... He's out of the woods now

The news said tonight the virus has a 3 week course.
He really should not be walking anywhere.
They try to get you moving around a bit as part of recovery in most all severe illnesses of this type - when you are able of course
While not the same, I recently had very sever pneumonia and they asked me to walk a bit if I round on the 3rd day in hospital
It surprised me but doc said it would be helpful in overall recovery

Walking is good for your lymph system but the reports say he still has the active virus and he absolutely should not be walking around in gardens in public places like hospitals.
OH boy... this is incredibly sad. We can't really afford to lose front liners.

correct.
being stationary will cause it to go to the lungs for sure. So people who test positive should keep moving and not lying in bed for long time periods.

Good to see Boris can now check out Checkers.
I saw Boris give a statement... He said he nearly died and if it wasn't for the NHS staff watching him continually making sure he got oxygen he would have died.
And no mention of his partners condition.

I guess PMs are not supposed to have pregnant girl friends
I saw an interview with Boris. He looked heathy enough considering what he has been through.
