85% sure it's ovarian cancer. Plus 2 blood clots.
She has a team of cancer and blood doctors working on a plan of action.

She probably thought an infection, not cancer.
It doesn't seem like a typical ovarian cancer symptom like pain in the pelvic area.
Update: Successful surgery. She's now recovering at home. Need to followup with the cancer clinic. Most likely some chemotherapy ahead for her.
