No bullshit. I'm stating that Castlegar Telus IP's are blanket banned, and have been ever since I moved to the area. I also had issues in Nelson also.
You can sit here and argue this fact with for hours, because it's what idiots like you do, but the fact remains: Legitimate IP addresses are blanket banned on this forum.

This isn't intermittent. For six months Castlegar has been solidly blanket banned. First by this forum's use of Spamhaus, and now with whatever else they've blocked at the server level.
I run a forum also, so I know this is something that has been implemented by the Administrator here. Forum software doesn't come 'standard' with certain blocks of IP addresses banned.
