then calls them 'domestic terrorism' when her home is vandalized
but when these same people vandalized her home, she called it "domestic terrorism."

My mates child stuck with Japanese from kindergarten and was able to visit Japan a few years ago (10 years later) then really shine linguistically for her mother's sake...
...I didn't start learning Spanish until I was 15 and despite a couple of years in Latin America I still feel it drifting away and struggle sometimes when I have all spanish dreams or meet the odd latino... it's there, but not "there", if I had to describe it...
...use it or lose it I guess...

My children can speak Mandarin at an intermediate level and they have a good understanding of pinyin..
They don't very many Chinese characters though..
I taught them some Dutch too.
