Nah, society needs to get its head around the concept of hiring the best person to do the job. Equal opportunity, not equality of outcome.

Trouble with that line of argument being that not everyone wants to be herded into board room after board room full of perimenopausal Karens. As far as forced hiring, no, its wrong. Its racist in itself. The best applicant should get the job.
