What turns off millions of Americans about the statue toppling, the looting, the threats and the screaming in the faces of police is the schizophrenic behaviour of so many of the would-be revolutionaries.
The televised stereotype of the antifa activist is a physically unimpressive but violent-talking revolutionary. He seems to strut in laid- back, blue- city Minneapolis but wisely avoids the suburbs and small towns of the nation's red states. He spits at police when standing beside fellow agitators but would never do that when alone confronting an autoworker or welder.
Black Lives Matter, antifa and their large numbers of imitators and loosely organized wannabes are mostly made up of middle- class youth(majority white), often either students or graduates. They deem themselves the brains of the rioting, the most woke of the demonstrators, the most sophisticated of the iconoclasts. In truth, they are also the most paranoid about being charged or being hurt.
When police march against the antifa crowd and their appendages in order to clear the streets, they often scream like preteens, objecting to mean officers who dare to cross them.
When arrested, the trash talkers are usually terrified of being jailed or of having an arrest on their records.

There are so many safeguards in place today to prevent racial discrimination and absolute poverty, but some people in the BLM marches would think Canada is in the midst of the JIM Crow era in the Southern USA.

It's called "A Letter on Justice and Open Debate", and it was signed and endorsed by 150 writers, academics and artists, including J.K. Rowling and Salman Rushdie, as well as Canada's own Margaret Atwood and Malcolm Gladwell.
The surprising thing about this letter is that, aside from a few predictable lies about "the radical right" constricting the free exchange of ideas and Donald Trump being "a real threat to democracy", it was spot on – an insightful account of the problems with the "cancel culture"!
The letter does a great job in calling out the ideological conformity and stifling mono-culture being fomented by "woke" mobs, both online and in real life right now.
The letter says: "The free exchange of information and ideas, the lifeblood of a liberal society, is daily becoming more constricted." Absolutely true!
It goes on to warn: "This stifling atmosphere will ultimately harm the most vital causes of our time. The restriction of debate, whether by a repressive government or an intolerant society, invariably hurts those who lack power and makes everyone less capable of democratic participation."
And it concludes: "The way to defeat bad ideas is by exposure, argument, and persuasion, not by trying to silence them or wish them away."
I couldn't have said it better myself. It's an acknowledgment that the intolerant radicals pushing the crushing conformity of "cancel culture" have found a potent foe among the white libtard cultural establishment.
